A desire to help people resolve conflicts in a healthy way is what motivates us at North Tampa Family Mediation. We know the Courts offer limited options for family cases and given these limitations, our goal is to empower you, through the mediation process, the choose a path that is the best fit for you family and your finances.

Stacy Perez Legal, P.A. and North Tampa Family Mediation serve clients throughout the Tampa Bay area, including New Tampa, South Tampa, Westshore, Brandon, Riverview, Carrollwood, Tampa Palms, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Zephyrhills, Dade City, New Port Richey, Trinity, Odessa, and Land O’ Lakes. All mediations are conducted virtually via Zoom, allowing parties and attorneys to participate conveniently from anywhere in Florida. Virtual mediation offers a flexible and efficient option for resolving family law matters without the need for travel or time away from work and family obligations.

At North Tampa Family Mediation, we work with parties in all stages of litigation to resolve conflicts. Whether you are just getting started with the process and want to negotiate a temporary agreement or need to iron out some details months after your case has resolved. We also work with parties representing themselves in court and with parties being represented by attorneys. We are here to help whenever needed.

We offer reasonable, affordable rates to make the mediation process accessible for every budget and bill our mediation time at $300.00/hr.
